Description
We are looking for crew leaders and crew members for open full time positions.skilled crew members around $13-$18 per hour and crew leaders $17-$22 per hour. We offer benefits and health insurance.
To be qualified as skilled labor for landscaping:
-Be able to use equipment(dingo, skid steer, etc.)
-Able to shape and trim shrubs
-Generally be able to function and perform with minimal instruction
-Hardworking and able to be left at job sites without a foreman on site.
-Be able to keep up and maintain expected performance requirements
-Pay is completely performance and reliability based
-Clean drivers license
Bonuses: Hardscaping and Patio installation experience, irrigation experience, 3A/3B/RT License, crew leader/foreman experience.
You should expect to work 50+ hours per week and weekends as needed. You will need to be able to lift 75 lbs or more repeatedly without issue.
