Mainly a customer service role. You will need to provide 5 star service. Make your own decisions along the way--you are free to do what YOU FEEL will help the customer. (You get to make your own decisions; you have to make your own decisions) You will be assigned a specific route of customers and will develop personal relationships You will need to manage your day and your customer's expectations You will need to manage the technical work while also managing the phone and emails and texts from your customers You will be driving to customer's home so good driving record is needed You will need to be licensed by the state--if you are not yet licensed we will pay for that--you will need to have a clean criminal record and be able to pass written a test You will be working outdoors year round Be able to solve problems independently (your own and customers) Be able to lift 50 pounds (back pack sprayer) Again, this is mainly customer service and you will need to provide 5 star service making your own decisions along the way--you are free to do what will help the customer (you get to make decisions but you have to make decisions) Related keywords: pest control, pest control technician
