Well established epoxy floor company looking to hire self-motivated and detailed orientated individual to join the team! Construction experience is highly recommended but not required for position. Transportation is provided to and from job sites from a designated park and ride location. We work with some of the largest companies in Southern CA such as; Pepsi, Frito Lay, Schools, Military Facilities, Boeing, Northrop, Hospitals, etc. We work in new exciting environments on a weekly basis where you will be challenged each time on the job. No text messages they will be deleted and not responded to **Applicant Qualifications** • Valid driver license • No felonies; will not pass back ground for military projects. • Able to start immediately • Need to be flexible as times vary **Job Duties Include ** Floor prep, diamond grinding, edge grinding, cutting with skill saws, mixing materials, general clean-up, application of epoxy materials. We want to hire and train finishers and there is plenty of room for advancement for the right individual wanting to learn and put in the work. **Benefits offered include** • Vacation pay, • sick pay, • 401K, • 1st pay increase after 90-day probationary period.
