LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER / Residential Maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Turf Management
- Valid Drivers License
- Weed Identification and knowledge of Herbicides
- Basic plant identification and pruning techniques
- Knowledge of Irrigation Controllers and seasonal adjustments
- Minor Irrigation repairs and servicing
DESCRIPTION:
- FOUR DAY WORK WEEK ( Tuesday thru Friday )
- Oversee a small crew of two people ( this is a hands-on position )
- Residential properties
- An eye for details are a must
- Keep daily records / tickets of each property including your hours and the hours of your crew
- Report to Supervisor the status of properties on a daily basis
- MUST BE A TEAM MEMBER with the ultimate goal of achieving and delivering a superior product
