Description
A small dog ran across Tharpe Street near the animal hospital. It didn't have a collar. It looked like a mix, possibly part dachshund and partly a larger breed. Its coat was dark brown with some caramel brown on the chest. Floppy ears. Spotted this morning right after 7:00.
