Looking for Artistic Pruner for our Junipers

Our pruner, Frank, has retired. We have junipers that he would trim and shape. We are looking for someone who can possibly take his place to prune our junipers and do some other pruning twice a year. We are looking for a guy like Frank who is his own boss and wants to work for himself. If you have landscaping skills as well, that would be of interest. You need to be licensed and insured.
