Primary job responsibility is to monitor activities of auto glass repair technicians, sales, and the repair of windshields, while reporting to upper management. Windshield Repair - Experience Not Necessary - Will Train Use your business, leadership and people skills to inspire exceptional performance. Maximize sales and profits for your location. Ensure great guest service and team member satisfaction. Create a fast-paced, energetic environment that delivers a consistent experience for team members. Provide training, feedback and follow up on repair skills for sales/csr team members.
