THE GOOD: - He is kinda cute and he loves love: Look. He is so ugly, he is cute and he is affetionate and loves to snuggle when you let him up on the couch. -He is very dog-like. What I mean is that he knows how to be a dog- He plays fetch to a degree, he plays with other dogs, he loves walks and the park, he eats trash from the trashcan and barks at squirrels and the mailman through the window... I mean, he is very dog-ish and knows how to be a dog. (You know what I mean- Some dogs are conused and act like opossums or kangaroos and have to be carted around in a pouch or a stroller or some crap} -He is generally very friendly, happy, and in good health. He does fine with other dogs, cats and children ** He is microchipped (Owner info can be updated online for free). -He is current on all his vaccinations, had his teeth cleaned and examined 6-8 months ago, and is enrolled in a Banfield health program (though I am not sure it transfers-You might have to start your own) THE BAD: -He is a neurotic little idiot. Seriously, this dog wouldnt know a towel from a leg using him as a foot rest if you put either one on his face- Yet both would make him enormously happy if you did. The damn dog is constantly underfoot and wants ALL your love. -If he is overwhelmed (Or in trouble because he is an a$$hole-See trashcan comment above) he will run in his crate/box and hide. Do NOT try to pull him out, he will bear his teeth and possibly snap at you- he has done it once before. That is his "Safe Space" He is apparently a tormented millenial with PTSD from god knows what. -He is also this way about his feet. I have gotten him light years better than when I first got him, you literally could not touch his feet without him nipping and growling at you then-- now you can. However, he still hates it beyond measure and I take his dumb drama llama butt to the vet and let them deal with it every so often. He does however, not mind being shaved. THE UGLY -Dude pees in the house.... Yes, I know, potential deal breaker but let me 'splain. He didnt use to....UNTIL my baby started to walk. He was totally cool with the tiny terrorist until then. Then thebkid was a threat and mr. neurotic pupper over here got insecure and had to mark his territory...all over my house. RUDE. Now, he has been doing it ever since. It's been 4 years. Stupid has GOT TO GO because NOPE. Look- He is a really good dog except for the peeing thing- we have tried EVERYTHING and I think it all comes down to the tiny terrorist. Unfortunately, DHS says I have to keep the kid- NOT the dog. He was totally housebroken prior to having to prove his dominance over a toddler. **Whopee!!** DOGGO NEEDS: -A loving home WITHOUT small children- a single person/couple, older persons, or college student would be best so you CLEARLY would be dominant to his wimpy butt and there is no room for discussion-He quite obviously thinks there is around here. -A little bit of patience. He's got diapers, which will keep your house clean until hopeully he learns, OR if you dont mind a perpetually stupid looking dog. (Its pretty funny actually- He SHOULD feel shame. But he obviously doesnt.) Hell, maybe all he needs is one of those inside "piddle grass" things with a hydrant. Who knows? PERTINANT INFO: -He is MALE, and he is neutered/Fixed. No babies here. -He is about 7-8 years old -He is Crate Trained, WAS house broken, and does not poop in the house (He likes to sleep in the box at night and i put him in it when we leae the house) -He will come with large crate, whatever food we have left, treats/milkbones, leash, and any and all dog beds we have. -I am asking $50 rehoming fee in hopes he goes to a good home and since he comes with such amazing accoutrements.
