The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and reliable. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and public areas. This is fantastic opportunity for those looking to earn extra money. Duties/Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and buffing floors • Ensure lobbies, restrooms and break rooms and any other designated areas are cared for and clean. • Gathers and empties trash. • Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities. • Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment. • Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers. • Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture. • Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures. • Other duties as assigned Key Skills: • 1+ years janitorial experience preferred • High school diploma/GED required • Ability to work well under minimal supervision • Capacity to take direction • Strong attention to detail • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
