Join us on May 20th for a Cocktail Collective Chef's Dinner to benefit women's health research at Magee-Womens Research Institute Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a beautifully curated Cocktail Collective Menu at Coast & Main Seafood & Chophouse located in Monroeville. This five-course menu features: Amuse Bouche - West Coast Oyster Shooter with Cucumber Mignonette paired with a Classic Champagne Cocktail (sugar cube, bitters & twist of lemon)Appetizer- Smoked Salmon Crostini with Lemon Ricotta Cream Cheese, Pickled Onion, Fried Capers & Radishes paired with a Basil Grape Refresher (Vodka, muddled grapes & basil, fresh squeezed citrus) Salad -Butter Bibb Lettuce with Chilled Asparagus, Spring Peas, Goat Cheese Ranch & Lemon Vinaigrette paired with a Garden City-Empress (1908 Gin, grapefruit, lemon & lychee) Entrée -Filet Mignon with Corn Flan, Mole Sauce, & Roasted Corn paired with a Chocolate Old Fashioned-Bourbon (chocolate bitters, orange bitters & orange peel) Dessert -Café au lait with Tiramisu *Details regarding COVID-19 Protocol: Guests will be asked to wear masks, unless seated.
