"Part-time maintenance and construction helper with flexible hours." Our construction and rental property maintenance business is located in Hyannis and we are looking for a part-time flexible reliable helper. Perfect position for a retired individual or someone looking to pick up 10 to 20 hours a week. The position is an independent contractor position that pays $20 an hour. Duties include: 1. Picking up and delivering small items to work sites from our storage areas. 2. Waiting for deliveries and inspections at work sites 3. Light cleaning when tenants move out. 4. Light yard work such as raking and sweeping 5. Assisting with general maintenance issues on rental properties. 6. Light cleaning of job sites. Must have transportation - pickup truck a bonus but not required. Light painting skills a plus.
