Looking for free dog

I’m in search of a free dog. I want one around 1-5 years old. MUST get along with dogs and cats. I have a 1 year old puppy who NEEDS a play mate. She loves playing with other dogs and is sad when we go home. I prefer one that’s already house trained. Must be up to date on shots and bring shots records. I want one under 50 pounds as well. Gender doesn’t matter.
