I am facing the conclusion that I'm going to have to rehome the love of my life. He's a black German shepherd with some white and brown, I have no idea if he's purebred as he was a rescue. He was given to me because he had aggression towards cars. His tail was docked for unknown reasons or it could be a birth defect. I genuinely do not know. I'd guess he's about 4 or 5 in age and he's been such a large part of my life. However he has a pattern of bad behavior that's getting to the point where I cannot keep him. I'm pregnant and no longer can afford to replace everything he destroys. We have a fenced in yard where he spends tons of time in however anytime he is left in a room he completely destroys it. He can open drawers, cabinets, closets, etc and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He has been known to be aggressive towards new people, mostly people in uniform such as police from what I've witnessed. There is tons more I can say but I dont want to make it seem like he's all bad. He's a complete angel to those he knows and loves. His favorite thing in the world is cuddling and pets. He's very intelligent as he knows sit, lay, shake, high five, and roll over. He's so capable of more as well. When you're with him he's usually a very chilled out dog that loves laying in bed with you. He doesn't really show aggression towards other dogs other than peeing and play fighting for dominance. I will be VERY picky on who he goes to, I want to know that he'll be loved more than anything and that all his needs are met. He is NOT FREE, his rehoming fee will be $150 or best offer if I know he's going to his forever home. He will come with his collar that he lost the tags to and anything else I can think of.
