Need hardwood floor patched/sanded + house painted

I’m looking for someone to install hardwood floor (roughly 150sqft) to match existing, then sand+stain all the floors (1600sqft). Also I need someone to patch + paint the house, (1800sqft) everything white, ceilings included. Lastly - someone to open my pool. It’s been closed for about 6-7 years.
