This is a full-time job Responsibilities: • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion. • Maintain a clean and a safe work space. • Qualifications: * Previous experience in maintenance and handyman work. * Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment * Deadline and detail-oriented * Ability to handle physical workload * Clean interior and exterior light fixtures * Sweep all public areas daily * Painting * Pick up litter inside buildings and on grounds * Clean mailboxes, common area wall, elevator walls * Wash lobby windows and glass doors * Perform ground maintenance including litter removal, lawn mowing, raking and bagging, trimming shrubs and trees, removing of snow and ice, spreading salt, etc. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50lbs, standing, walking, climbing stairs, operate required equipment such as mops, brooms, lawn equipment, buffing machines, electric powered tools, climbing ladders, operate elevators Applicant should have basic handyman experience with building cleaning or knowledge of general maintenance, teachable and willing to help and learn.
