NEED a Roofer, Drywall Painter, Tile guy, Electrician, Framer, REMODEL

I have 2 home and both need to be completely renovated. I need fast turn around, so i am going to do it by each contractor instead of hiring a general guy that does it all. I need the following contractor: Roofer (single story home 1172 sqft) must be license and have fast turn around, roofer need to go in first A Framer to put up a few couple of new walls. then I'll need drywall guy to come and prep the wall and ceiling (take off some wall paneling, wall paper, replace some drywall, patch and texture it) Electrician to put in recess ceiling light and other misc stuff for the house. Painter to paint interior and exterior Tile guy to set tile for the kitchen and bathroom Also if you can do the whole kitchen and bathroom by yourself that might work too. Both homes are in st. petersburg, but the key is timing, I need someone asap. Please message back with a phone number.
