Small Pomeranian Puppy needs home ASAP

Hi i need to find a home for my Pomeranian pup she is 12 weeks old eating soft pup food weaning to only hard food. She has had 1st shots and deworming and is potty pad trained but prefers outside if she can get outside. She eats 3 times a day and goes potty about 20 mins after every feeding. She is a chow hound so we only give her about a half a cup to a cup each time. She loves treats and to snuggle. She knows her name and follows very well. I own dad and mom is my brothers dog, it was not a planned litter and have found the other babies homes but wanted to keep her though after alot of thinking and talking it over with the family we think she needs a different home one thats got alot less going on. Both paremts are very good and loyal, protective dogs. She will be small/medium breed when grown. She goes home with both hard and soft food, toys, bowls, treats, collar, leash, potty pads, etc. I am asking 280 rehoming fee and would like some information about the home when you contact.
