Description

We are seeking a qualified landscaper for a part-time position. Please provide your resume and three (3) references. We have a pre-employment drug screening and background check policy. Landscapers are responsible for the overall appearance of the property. Abilities required: Must have good verbal communication skills Proficiency in writing Customer service Team work and good decision making skills Ability to walk, climb, kneel and lift 50 pounds Ability to use/handle a lawn mower, weed whacker and a blower Job duties: Inspect, repair or replace sprinkler heads and drip lines Add additional sprinkler heads and drip lines Replace plants Add compost and potting soil Trim and fertilize Wedelia plants Inspect for insect infestation and spray pest control Trim and clean around plants and edges Mow around the property Use weed whacker to edge bushes Remove dead or decaying foliage, trash and leaves throughout the grounds Inspect irrigation lines for leaks or damage and replace or repair Identify dry areas and set up drip lines Inspect foliage of the atrium and lobbies Inspect and clean behind the buildings Water all plants that are not supplied with a sprinkler system Water all ground cover Sweep in front of the buildings, guest parking, parking garage, around the sidewalk strip and maintain the appearance of the sidewalk which encircles the property
