Our Landscaping company out of Waimanalo, Dreamscapes Landscaping LLC, is looking for enthusiastic positive people to fulfill the following positions, Spray Tech for Maintenance Experience preferred. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs on their back and be able to be on their feet for 8 hours. Knowing about pesticides and fertilizers, both synthetic and organic also helps. Should have knowledge on the different insects, bugs, fungus ect that are detrimental to plants. Plant knowledge in general is also a huge plus. Having a drivers license would be preferred. Pay rate depends on experience. From $20 to $30 an hr. Construction crew leader Drivers license required. We are looking for a positive minded, experienced crew leader to lead a crew of a few men to do landscaping installs. Plant knowledge and how to arrange and properly take care of plants during install would be a must. Must be able to lead and work with others in a professional manner. You will be doing at any given time, hard scaping, landscaping, rigging, driving trailers with heavy loads in sometimes difficult environments. Also operating in a safe manner, heavy equipment. Must be able to work on their feet for long hours and carry heavy objects and plants. Our main goal is having an individual who can lead efficiently. Someone able to motivate the crew to finish the jobs timely and effectively with respect. Pay rate depends on experience. $20 to $30 an hr. Maintenance Labor Drivers license required. We are looking for a couple of experienced individuals to help care for our maintenance clients residences. These are high end clients who are used to refined and detailed work. Knowing about insects and things detrimental to plant care is a huge plus. Must be able to effectively use small equipment typical of yard care. Lawnmowers, Line Trimmers, pole saws ect. Also must be able to carry weights exceeding 50 lbs. Pay rate depends on experience. $16 to $22 an hr Construction Labor We are looking for a couple of positive enthusiastic individuals to work with us doing landscaping installs. You will be doing at any given time, hard scaping, landscaping, rigging, driving trailers with heavy loads( if you have a drivers license) in sometimes difficult environments. Also operating in a safe manner, heavy equipment. Must be able to work on their feet for long hours and carry heavy objects and plants. Experience or drivers license not required but helpful. Will train if you have a positive attitude. Must be able to understand and efficiently follow instructions to finish the jobs in a clean and timely manner with respect to clients and co-workers. Pay rate depends on if you have a license and experience. $15 to $25 an hr. Nursery Worker We are looking for a driven individual to help in our nursery. Experience in nursery work is preferred but not required. This person must be able to operate small equipment, have the ability to carry or lift up to 60 lbs, must have plant knowledge and know how to care for plants. This person would also need to have the ability to follow instructions clearly given to them and comprehend them. Must be able to work outside in the elements. Drivers license also preferred as you may be asked to run errands.
