Gave an elder a ride from kaupo to kokea so he could get some smoke...he uses it for pain...we waited for 2 hours then this guy tells him he has to PREPAY?..gave a story about how HE got robbed ! Faka trying to get money without even showing up or showing smoke ...looks like a outsider trying to rip off locals...SHAME he lives on social security and you try to take his money .no good..here the guys number..LETS SHOW HIM HOW WE FEEL ABOUT STEALING FROM LOCALS..
