We are looking for someone that can lead a small team over the next several months for a project in New Rochelle. This is commercial construction and OSHA 10 or 30 is a must to have. The work is very easy and no heavy lifting or difficult labor is required. If you have experience in caulking that will be helpful. You must be 100% trustworthy and able to take instruction over the phone, be on time and neat and clean in the work you are doing. Staring pay is in the $18.00 an hour range with bonus pay also for the right person.
