Family owned 83 family residential building is looking for a full time porter.
The porter is responsible for garbage removal and maintaining cleanliness of lobby, hallways, elevator and common areas by mopping, sweeping and dusting.
Must be reliable, polite and experienced working with tenants.
Will join staff of 2 other full time live-in employees.
