Excellent real estate firm looking for a full-time, live-in superintendent for one of its apartment buildings in Brooklyn, NY. Large basement apartment included. Salary commensurate with experience. Job Duties: • Inspections of the building. • Complete tenant/building repairs. • Maintain common areas. • Attend to all work orders provided by management. • Keep all areas in the building clean. • Maintain equipment in good working order. • Oversee all move-ins and move-outs. • Responsible for overseeing and reporting all apartment turnovers. Ensure the unit and keys will be ready for the move. Job Requirements: • Previous super experience is a must. • Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills. • Strong communication skills. • Well-organized with strong general repair skills. Medium to heavy work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
