Frank Serpe Land care and Design. is an high end landscaping company serving Westchester county. We are looking for talented, reliable, and hardworking people to join our full time landscaping team. We work 40+ hours per week on some of the most beautiful properties in Westchester, and we have fun doing it! Spend your day outside, socially distant, conducting daily horticulture and gardening operations, including: -Planting of annual and perennial plants -deadheading -weeding -mulching -pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs -Spring and Fall maintenance -Property cleanups -Utilizing proper planting and pruning techniques for shrubs, perennials, and annuals We are looking to fill one landscape technician role. This role is designed for those interested in gaining experience and knowledge in the landscape industry. Experience is preferred (even in your own backyard) but we will train anyone willing to work hard and learn. What are we looking for? -Someone interested in learning horticulture/landscaping -Strong attention to detail -Creative problem-solving skills -Enjoys working independently as well as a part of a team -Enjoys being outside -lift up to 50 pounds Job Type: -Full-time Pay: $18.00+ (depending on experience) -Fully paid health insurance -401k -Paid holidays and vacation. -Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends) -Overtime (time and a half pay) -Work Location: Carmel, NY -Experience- High school/GED -Willing to train anyone who’s motivated This Job Is: Open to applicants under 18 years old Looking for an immediate hire
