Summer Grounds Maintenance Person We are a well-established Property Management Company with a new multi building retail project in Maynard, MA. We are looking to hire a temporary full time Summer Grounds Maintenance Person to join our Property Management Team. Primary Responsibilities: - Picking up all debris from exterior walkways of all retail buildings and common areas of the center - Pressure washing walkways - Weeding - Trash disposal of outside waste receptacles - Overall grounds maintenance and general exterior repairs - Inspection of buildings and parking lots and report any issues or problems to on-site supervisor Requirements: - Must be reliable, punctual, diligent, able to work independenlty, and able to prioritize and manage time - Must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License - Must speak English fluently - Must be able to operate a pressure washer and light equipment Primary goal of this position is to keep the retail center clean and safe for all of our Tenants and help keep an eye on the daily operations of the center.
