United Tool & Machine Corp is a well-established machining and prototyping contract manufacturer in Lawrence, MA. We're seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver for our busy shop.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 7-4:30, Friday 7-11:00
Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring that all documentation is in order.
- Contact carriers to schedule shipments.
- Track and maintain required packaging supply levels.
- Receive incoming materials and supplies.
- Update system
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Experience with commercial shipping methods and requirements.
- Solid computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
- Forklift certified preferred but not required.
