Roof Cleaning / Power Washing Technicians (Starting $16.50) Job Summary: Technicians are responsible for the cleaning of asphalt shingles by dispersing / spraying of Soft Wash Solution at ladder Heights. Roof Cleaning technician’s are required to be very comfortable working at ladder heights while working in hot temperatures. Exterior cleaning technicians are responsible in learning all applications associated with exterior cleaning, such as concrete cleaning, houses washing, decks cleaning and many other exterior cleaning applications. Starting Hourly rate for this above position is $16.50 an hour (paid weekly with a 60-day evaluation for an hourly increase Essential Job Functions: *Must be able to understand the best course of action regarding cleaning a roof safely *Must be in good physical shape *Must be able to work at ladder heights safely *Must be able to carry and set up 34-foot extension ladder *This position is for a motivated individual that has the ability to work with a team and effectively complete jobs on a day-to-day schedule *Valid Drivers License and verifiable Transportation *Must be able to work in Hot Temperatures *Must have verifiable transportation *Need to be teachable and willing to leaner the exterior cleaning application. *Strong work ethic and great attitude is a must. *Must be drug free *Must be able to work without constant Mobile Phone use Our company specializes in cleaning commercial properties as well as residential homes. Our workers are outside in the elements Monday thru Friday, as well as some Saturdays if needed. We work out in the heat of the summer as well as in the light rain. This job is labor intensive and requires a lot of hose pulling, bucket moving, and scrubbing. We like to have fun while we work and we consider our employees to be part of our family.
