L/F vocalist/musician for duo or possible band

Hi... are there any musicians/vocalists that are interested in a creative music project that incorporates cover music and originals? I've been playing for years, guitar, some keys, vocals and songwriting. I am not primarily a vocalist so I would like to work with someone who is or who at least has strong vocal ability. Music projects I've been in with good female vocalists have had a different, and better, element regarding musical creativity and possibility. I'm fine with a male vocalist also but I do feel that a good band, or even a duo, should have a good female voice and presence. COVID killed the last band I was in and I feel that the time is about right now to begin getting back into the music scene. Not trying to be rude but I'm not interested in a classic rock cover band or a top 40 hits band. I'm a big fan of rock and pop music and I enjoy playing current and newer music that people are familiar with, some older rock and R + B, and also some original music. I prefer meeting musicians and playing in person as opposed to passing music links back and forth online and I've found that meeting musicians at a music venue, such as a gig or open mic, is a good way to get familiar musically. I'm in the Riverside area off of Route 130. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in please buzz back.
