FULL-TIME, MON THRU FRI, POSITION FOR HARD-WORKING, RELIABLE MAINTENANCE WORKER.
Must be available in case of emergency and overtime if needed. Must be experienced and knowledgeable of general repairs, handyman assignments, plumbing, painting, ground keeping, sprinkler maintenance, basic electrical, etc. Must be able to perform daily maintenance of property grounds. 3 years + experience in residential/commercial maintenance.
Must have clean driver's license. Provide references. Pass drug test and criminal background check.
