Our installers are responsible for taking care of our customers and providing exceptional quality work. You will be working on a high-performance team serving customers in our local area. This position will focus on interior and exterior window replacement installation and other related installation services. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Installation –Responsible for properly installing our various home solutions products in the customer’s home  • Inventory – Maintain accurate inventory and equipment for installations • Post Install Review – Complete walkaround with customer post-installation • Service – Occasional post installation service appointments to address product installation issues • Focus during every appointment on the needs of that customer • Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely • Ensure accuracy of all paperwork • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor   Experience and Minimum Qualifications • Knowledge of impact window and door installation • Lead Installer must have significant impact window and door installation experience • Ability to read and comprehend N.O.A. paperwork and plans • Must hold a valid driver's license. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of hand and power tools • Attention to detail and ability to proactively address finish and quality issues • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability • Installers should be energetic and be able to work effectively with others • Maintain professional representation of the company at all times including in transit in company vehicle • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications • Experience in general carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical work Travel Requirements • Travel within designated territory. Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements • May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need. Physical Requirements • Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment • Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates. • Heavy work.
