Miami company seeks a full time, motivated, energetic, and dependable person to look after two private residences and a commercial warehouse. There are three locations involved - one in Key Largo, and two in Miami. Please review the following job duties: Overall upkeep of the three properties including landscape and the exterior image. This includes cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, or any other public areas; maintenance of property flowerbeds and plants; pool cleaning and routine pool maintenance. Maintain and operate equipment such as air conditioning units, sprinkler system, yard equipment and previous experience with a forklift is a plus. Other duties would include painting, basic electrical and plumbing work, and other similar maintenance duties as assigned. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, caring for both the cosmetic and functionality needs of the properties, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds) and standing for long periods of time. Excellent spoken English is a must, bi-lingual a plus. Must be able to communicate well and coordinate with outside contractors as needed. US work authorization, valid driving license, clean insurable driving record (for when using company vehicle) and pre-employment background check required. Hours are flexible, mostly weekdays, 8 hours per day, but the occasional work on weekends and/or overtime may be required. You should be able to be flexible with your schedule so that you are available to answer emergency needs as and when they may occur. Tools, masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer will be provided. Employee would be paid $15 + per hour salary with two weeks paid leave each year plus mileage allowance.
