Position Summary Primary responsibility of the Screen and Window Repair Associate is re-screening and storm window glass replacement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Triage windows and screens ensuring work can be performed in a timely manner Re-screen frames, replace/repair broken corners, etc. Repair windows Call neighbors upon completion. Monitor drop-off and pick-up. Cut glass and plexiglass as needed Order supplies and special orders Maintain repair areas broom clean and organized Support co-workers and Team Lead Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service Strong organizational skills with a passion for details Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others Proven track record of being a team player Knowledge and experience repairing screens and windows is preferred not a requirement. A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required. Ability to measure and work safely and expeditiously Physical Requirements The minimum physical requirements for this position include: Ability to stand for an extended period of time, walk, reach, and bend to perform job duties Move and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.
