Rehoming Ball Python and Bioactive Enclosure

Description

I'm trying to rehome my ball python. Pictures are included of him and his enclosure, though he's gotten bigger since that photo. He's closing in on two years old, a little under three feet long and around 500g, always had perfect sheds and no injuries. The bioactive enclosure is an Exo-Terra 36x18x18, and comes with his 150w ceramic heat emitter, a large LED growlight for the plants, feeding tongs, and possibly a few frozen rats depending on if I have them still. The enclosure contains multiple live plants, isopods, and springtails. Relatively low maintenance - I personally mist 1.5 min twice a week, and spot clean urates and undigested hair clumps. He's been eating weanling rats every two weeks for about a month now, and has always been a great eater with no history of regurgitation or fasting for long periods. I'm looking for someone relatively experienced with reptiles, or who's done/is willing to do their research diligently. I care deeply about this snake (I just simply no longer have the room for him), and want him to go to a great home where he'll be taken care of fantastically. He's an absolute sweetheart and deserves the best. He comes with his enclosure as a package deal - no exceptions. It's what he's grown up in, and I know it provides a perfect environment for easy shedding and enrichment. The whole setup has probably had well over five hundred dollars invested in it, but I'm willing to let it and him go for a smaller rehoming fee (250). Serious offers only.
