Join me as I lead you through a floating yoga class that will challenge your balance and build core strength you didn’t know you had! If you’re afraid of falling in don’t worry, I’m a trained life guard and CPR certified! But my goal is to keep you on your board the whole time! Unless you get hot and wanna jump in!
