We mainly focus of existing homes retrofits. We install insulation to walls, attic, basements, crawl spaces, knee walls, mobile homes. Major areas of responsibility are as follows: - Working knowledge of insulation blowing machine - Familiar with blown cellulose and fiberglass insulation - Air sealing techniques - General carpentry skills - Familiar with power tools - Safety conscious Primary Objectives: -On the job safety -Quality workmanship Physical Demands: - This job requires lifting of 50lbs or more on a regular basis. Experience: Conclusion: This job requires you to work in attics and crawl spaces from time to time. This job you will need the ability to work independently after receiving instructions.Up-most workmanship is required and is paramount to the job. Some weatherization jobs will be monitored by local, state and federal agencies. An eye for quality is a must. Must be able to pass a employment physical along with drug test.
