4 month old tiny puppy needs new home

We need to rehome our female toy poodle due to health issues in our home. She is mostly potty trained, crate trained, and current on all shots. She is NOT fixed yet (due to her size). She currently weighs roughly 3lbs. Shes great with all people and loves kids. She's never been around any other animal. Asking a rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home. Fee includes all of her toys and other supplies along with a bag of food. Please email me with some info about your home life. Thank You
