Join us for some learin' and eatin'! Join Fink in a class to learn how to treat your bird and get to taste your lessons as you go!
Fink will walk you through the different ways to get your bird ready for the table feeding you examples as we go. You will get to prepare your own bird and bring it home to cook yourself. Fink will also with an open Q&A for the class and individual time available too. We will be learning about rubs, brines, marinades, drying times, butchering, smoking, roasting, grilling, and frying with chicken!
Did I mention we are feeding you the whole time? Tidbits of smoked chicken, smoked wings, fried-a-que chicken and much more. At the end of the class you are presented with a selection of spices and seasonings to prepare your own bird (with Fink there to guide you) that you can take and finish at home as you desire.
Enjoy a complimentary beer or glass of wine when you arrive and a cash bar will be available as well as endless soft-drinks.
