End of Year Parent Discussion

There will be time for parents to share recent wins in parenting, ask one another questions, and also enjoy a meal with one another. When we think about environments for parents, you might picture situations where the youth pastor is casting vision, providing training, or maybe just handing out a calendar. There is a time and a place for those kinds of environments, of course, but it's not the only way that we want to engage with or serve you as parents. You as parents have a lot of wisdom to share with one another. We will spend this time discussing things you have learned in your parenting, as well as questions you may have, what has been a recent win as a parent, or what about a difficulty? This will be a perfect chance to give feedback and help the youth ministry serve you better as well! Regardless if you feel like you are killing it as a parent, or if you feel extremely inadequate in your current parenting season I think you will find a lot of value in this time. Come to learn, or come to give, but be ready for an awesome hour of discussion with one another. A free dinner will be served during this time. Please RSVP here so I know how much food to purchase. Also this time is strategically set before youth group. You are welcome to bring your students and they will be able to spend time in the youth room while the parent discussion is happening until youth group begins. I will have pizza for the students that come (so a free meal for the whole family.)
