Cacao Full Moon Sound Healing Concert Come Celebrate the Super Pink Moon with Cacao, Breathwork and Sound healing . Cacao has been used traditionally by the Mayans as a sacred plant medicine with potent healing properties, opening the heart and facilitating entry into spiritual realms. Today, cacao is considered a nutritional superfood for its antioxidants and magnesium levels. Cacao is a powerful medicine that allows for heart connection, self-exploration, expansion and growth. We will be brewing a special Cacao Beverage to prime our bodies for this musical journey. This heart-opening beverage can facilitate deep emotional presence and feeling of expansive love. We then journey with the cacao through a combination of breathwork, qi gong, intention setting, connection practices and a soothing sound bath with a Himalayan, crystal bowls, and vocal channeling.
