ISO small dog. How to tell scams?

I am not sure where else to look for a small dog so I came to Craigslist and it looks like there are so many scams. How do you know which ones to trust? I have a 4 lb teacup poodle that Im looking for a friend for. Would prefer a female. I have had her almost 6 years. Email me and I will respond back.
