BOYCOTT BIG 5 in Auburn~

A Bass Pro and TSC customer here, I (MISTAKINGLY) went to Big 5 in Auburn today in a rush. NEVER AGAIN! Signs read no restrooms. While looking for an item, an elderly frail gentleman asked to use the restroom. TWO employee's reply, you cannot due to Covid!!! ~~ I asked why can you walk thru the store, buy items, but cannot use the restroom. The senior man said" "I really have to Pee". These two employee's were so Unempathetic, Unapologetic, and I think they even enjoyed making this man suffer. I told all of the employees off. MAD, I went to BASS PRO (Love that store), they were surprised anyone would be denied a bathroom in a sporting goods store!. I later called & asked to speak to the Auburn Big 5 manager. I asked him on WHAT authority & Policy was he using to allow customers to WALK thru and PURCHASE items in the store, but NOT allow anyone, let alone a senior citizen use the restroom. Oh he was a weasel. The gutless guy did not have an answer but rudely gave me their headquarters number, which I could not get through to their HR & Customer Support Dept. Like I told them! I will NEVER EVER shop there again! ~~ Just as the brown shirts obeyed hitler! This crap has to stop. It is NOT even a law to have to wear a mask. The elderly man was masked, as was his wife in BIG 5, but could not use THEIR restroom. No doubt the employee's can whether they live together or not. *** BASS PRO and the other sporting Goods stores, do not do this, NOR any store I know of. STOP these COMMUNISTS moves. BOYCOTT BIG 5. They are BANNED from me FOREVER! No conscience what so ever & only getting worse because WE are ALLOWING it. *** This rule of BIG 5 is THEIR RULE.... YET they mandate mask use. To all: mask use is a request! NOT LAW! Please Research if in doubt! Not being able to use the restroom is another level. Welcome to COMMUNISM...Big 5 fits right in Perfect! How CRUEL!
