I’m employed at levering. We are a hospital that takes care of mentally impaired and the elderly. Tonight 3 of our residents prefer from China King. They delivered 2 of the orders. So the staff called China king and informed them that the 3rd resident was charged for his food, but it wasn’t delivered. The lady at China King proceeded to curse the staff member out and tell them they will not send another order cause it was delivered. The order was never delivered, the receptionist said only 2 orders where delivered. China king refuses to reimburse the residents money, and they refuse to deliver the food. Our residents get $20.00 per month from the state. Ordering out is a luxury to them. China King Robbed this resident of $23.00 and refused to make it right. The nurse, the receptionist, and the administration all tried to resolve this issue with China King, but the lady at China King cursed every one out and hung up on them Buyer beware !!
