Fix fence and add new 25 foot section with gate

Description

Remove two totally rotted stumps and move fence back and reattach to the existing fence to the right. Add a new perpendicular fence with a gate approximately 25 feet. The fence is in decent condition and just needs to be swung a couple of feet back into position, and the two nearest posts re-anchored. Also need a new section of fence perpendicular to this one with a gate. You can take the stumps to ground level with a chain saw. They DON"T NEED TO BE DUG OUT.
