Lost dog spotted - brown Australian shepherd

Just spotted a dog coming from the Cannon Hill park area. Saw the dog on W 16th Ave and followed it across to 14th but the dog would not come to me. He/she has a collar and was last seen running back across the street toward Cannon Hill park. It’s a full grown brown (mostly) Australian shepherd.
