Apartment Maintenance We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Full time, Mon-Friday 8am - 5pm on call once every 3rd - 4th week of the month for 7 day period. The prefect candidate will posses pride in his/her work, attention to detail, be self reliant, good customer service skills, and have a strong sense of accountability. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check. Experience preferred but not necessary, we might be willing to train the right person. Experience preferred but not necessary: Painting Sheetrock repair/replacement Plumbing i.e. changing faucets, clearing clogged toilets, installing toilet parts, changing shower handles & heads, Knowledge of W/H repair, repair & replace garbage disposals Electrical i.e. changing out outlets & light switches, replacing light fixtures, GFCI experience Pressure washing Changing locks Able to lift and push 50 to 100 lbs. Able to climb stairs repetitively Able to adapt to ever changing schedules Able to be on a ladder at least two stories up. Pay per hour is depending on experience.
