Position available for general maintenance in a cheerful hospitality setting if; You have good knowledge of plumbing, electric, appliance repair, painting, masonry, carpentry and construction. You are knowledgeable about computer use (for material searches, how to videos, and purchases). You have proof of job history/experience with trusted references. You are dependable, reliable, trustworthy, on time and work respectfully with others. You have a reputation for keeping your workplace tidy and doing clean work. You have good hygiene. You are a self motivated person and GREAT AT MANAGING YOUR TIME. You are able to lift heavy objects and perform laborious duties. You own a truck or van suitable and available to transport (with compensation) work materials. You can pass a drug test and background check. You are bilingual English/Spanish (not a must but helpful) You are looking for employment with better pay than where you are now and seeking a team where mutual respect is key. We pay health insurance, bonuses, tips and 3% matching on IRA. You must be able to work at least 30 hours per week. 40 hours are available to you. You must be amenable to occasional overtime.
