Part-Time Maintenance Technician (20 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex located in Bernice, LA. Must be able to work weekday hours. No evening or weekend hours available. Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred. Eligible for PTO and paid holidays. $50 monthly travel stipend provided. Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
