On Saturday, May 15, visit Uptown Atlanta for its first-ever artist market, hosted in partnership with the Indie Craft Experience. On Saturday, May 15th from 11 a.m. to. 5 p.m., visit Uptown Atlanta for the inaugural Artist Market on The Lawn, an open-air art experience featuring approximately 40 craft, art and vintage vendors from Atlanta and other parts of Georgia. The Sunshine Alchemy food truck will also be onsite serving vegan-ish bites and seasonal beverages. Following the market, The Lawn will be transformed into an indie-themed movie night, and at dusk, Moonrise Kingdom will be broadcast on a giant LED screen. Movie tickets can be reserved here. Moviegoers are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs. Tickets are FREE but reservations are required. In the instance of inclement weather, the market will be cancelled by 5 p.m. the day prior to the event, and Uptown Atlanta will notify all registered attendees via email. Note: Uptown Atlanta is the mixed-use destination surrounding the Lindbergh Center MARTA Station. The Lawn at Uptown is situated in front of Pike Nursery and accessible via MARTA and walking and bike paths. Parking is also available in the Garson Deck located next to The Lawn. **The health and wellness of our guests is of utmost importance. In compliance with the Centers for Disease Control’s COVID-19 guidelines, we encourage all guests to wear a mask when exploring the market. Ticket entry will be contactless and hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the community spaces.
