rear entrance issues / also plumbing in back

Description

My back door has gotten really tight and it's hard to open. Need someone with some reasonable tools to maybe get it loosened up. Also having some problems with the plumbing in the back as well. Think I need it snaked out. So someone need a tool for that (maybe the same tool??). As I age (66), I find I just need someone to take care of my issues. I will be home this evening and would appreciate some help.
