Educational, fun AND affordable! Our Summer Camps are the solution for your summer care needs. It's time for summer fun! Let's get off screen and outside! Week 8 of our EmpowerME Summer Break camps is our Mad Scientist session! This week, our kids will raise butterflies from caterpillars, participate in a volcano experiment and partner with Square Root Academy for a STEM Activity. EmpowerME offers full day childcare on all the days your school is closed! Our Non-School Day care programs, including Winter, Spring and Summer Break Camps, are designed to be a safe, fun, affordable resource. EmpowerME Break Camps are open to all children, with opportunities for single parents to receive tuition discounts. Snacks are provided. Space is filled on a first come, first served basis. Individual day registration is available for $30 per day, if space is available. Please call the Empowerment Center to confirm availability for a particular date or for any additional questions, at (916) 735-5350. We are proud to have remained open, serving our community, throughout the COVID-19 crisis. In extreme caution, we will have limited capacity for care. It is crucial that we maintain the health of our students and staff, therefore, we have taken extra cleaning and safety precautions and are checking children’s temperatures upon arrival and on a regular basis. We reserve the right to request pick-up of your child, if an elevated temperature, cough or other signs of illness are detected. Finally, the COVID-19 crisis continues to evolve, and, as a licensed care provider, we are subject to the rules imposed by the California Department of Social Services. Should discontinuance of care be mandated, we will require that your child be picked up from the center within an hour of notification.
